IT Software Engineer (EHS/LIMS interfaces, HL7, CorePoint engine)

Eurofins is seeking an experienced IT Software Engineer to join our team, focusing on developing and maintaining interfaces between hospital systems and laboratory information management systems (LIMS). This role is integral to ensuring seamless data exchange within our clinical laboratory operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and supporting interfaces that facilitate the transfer of patient and lab data. Key duties include collaborating with stakeholders to define technical specifications, implementing industry-standard protocols such as HL7, and troubleshooting interface-related issues to maintain accurate data flow.

Applicants should possess a minimum of five years' experience in healthcare IT interface development, with a strong emphasis on HL7 and interface engine technologies. Proficiency in Corepoint Interface Engine, knowledge of networking protocols, and experience with data mapping and transformation are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate clinical requirements into technical designs are also required.
