Doctolib is seeking an IT Senior Project Manager Finance to join its Core Finance Squad within the IT department. This role is pivotal in leading the delivery of complex IT projects aimed at enhancing financial information systems across multiple European countries, including France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. The successful candidate will implement top-tier solutions and tools to support healthcare professionals and millions of users who rely on Doctolib's services daily.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end delivery of complex finance IT projects, serving as the primary liaison for finance teams such as Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Treasury, Consolidation, and Internal Control. The role involves collecting and formalizing business requirements, prioritizing initiatives, facilitating steering committees, and ensuring consistent communication across multiple simultaneous projects. Additionally, the candidate will build and coordinate the Core Finance IT roadmap, manage projects covering process transformation and tool implementation, and drive change management and user adoption for new tools and processes.

The ideal candidate possesses over five years of experience in IT project management, AMOA, or functional consulting within a finance systems environment, with a proven track record in ERP projects covering P2P, AP, AR, GL, Assets, and Expenses. A strong command of project management methodologies, including scoping, planning, RACI, steering committees, and budget tracking, is essential. The candidate should be adept at running design workshops, translating business requirements into functional specifications, and managing multiple projects with shifting priorities. Fluency in both French and English at a business level is required.
