As an IT Security Support Engineer at Monks, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing identity and access management (IAM) systems within a dynamic enterprise environment. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and supporting security change requests through pull requests, reviewing and tracking security-related changes via CI/CD pipelines, and provisioning and modifying user access across IAM platforms such as Okta and LDAP. Additionally, you will manage permissions, team memberships, and identity configurations, troubleshoot access issues for users, and handle the provisioning and management of secrets for systems and services.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience in IAM operations within enterprise settings. Proficiency with GitHub, including managing pull requests, branches, and permissions, is essential. Hands-on experience with IAM systems like Okta and LDAP, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and strong command-line troubleshooting skills are also required. Excellent communication abilities and a customer-service mindset are crucial for effectively supporting both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
