Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in IT security. Required skills include proficiency in network security, risk assessment, and incident response. Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable. Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
