IT Operations Specialist
CoreWeave is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and scaling our internal IT environment, ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable technology experience for employees across the company. You will collaborate closely with Security, Systems Engineering, People Operations, and Engineering teams to support the full employee lifecycle while continuously improving reliability, automation, and operational maturity.
As an IT Operations Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include administering identity and access management platforms, managing macOS and Windows endpoints using MDM platforms, and overseeing ITSM platforms. You will handle user lifecycle management processes such as onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and device provisioning. Additionally, you will deploy and support VDI environments and end-user workstations, develop automation scripts, and ensure compliance with cloud security fundamentals, MFA, device compliance, and endpoint protection measures.
The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of progressive experience in IT support or IT operations roles, preferably in cloud-native or high-growth environments. Proven experience with identity and access management platforms like Okta, managing endpoints using MDM platforms such as Jamf and Intune, and administering ITSM platforms like Freshservice is essential. Strong understanding of user lifecycle management, scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell, and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform are also required. A solid grasp of cloud security fundamentals and the ability to troubleshoot across SaaS, endpoint, identity, and network layers are crucial.
