IT Manager

A strong understanding of AI tools and the ability to identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and workflows are essential. The candidate should have a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective technology solutions, the ability to work autonomously while being the primary resource for technology needs, hands-on experience with Clio or similar practice management software, including system optimization and employee training, and the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical staff effectively.
