IT Infrastructure Cloud Engineer

Eurofins Scientific is seeking an IT Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to join its Food, Feed & Agro Testing Europe division. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the company's cloud infrastructure, focusing on Azure services, Windows Server configurations, and Microsoft 365 applications. The position is based in Chennai, India, and reports to the Infrastructure Service Operations team in Poland.

Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Azure services, providing operational support for Windows Server environments, and addressing issues related to Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Office, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. The engineer will also manage Exchange Online, support SharePoint Online and Teams, troubleshoot mail delivery and authentication issues, monitor security alerts, and perform root cause analyses to recommend long-term improvements.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in server infrastructure design and transitions, proficiency in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022), and expertise in Azure Active Directory and Active Directory management. Strong skills in Exchange Online administration, Microsoft 365 core components, DNS records, hybrid identity concepts, and PowerShell scripting are essential. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are also required.
