IT GRC Specialist / Senior Specialist

Agoda is seeking an IT GRC Specialist/Senior Specialist to join its Security Department in Bangkok, Thailand. This role focuses on managing information security and compliance risks, contributing to IT SOX compliance, risk management, and broader governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. The position offers relocation support for eligible candidates.

Key responsibilities include applying knowledge of risk management, IT SOX compliance, IT General Controls, and industry frameworks such as NIST CSF and PCI DSS. The role involves supporting and managing IT SOX compliance activities, including control design, testing, documentation, and remediation tracking. Additionally, the specialist will continuously assess risks, ensure IT policies and standards are embedded into daily operations, and partner with internal teams to enhance security controls.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2-4 years in a technology role, preferably within a security environment, is required. Strong understanding of international information security standards and frameworks, the ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent communication skills are essential. Professional security certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are advantageous.
