IT Field Services Technician
The IT Field Services Technician at Morgan & Morgan is responsible for delivering comprehensive support to employees within their assigned region and across the firm's nationwide offices. This role involves both in-person and remote assistance, ensuring the optimal performance of IT hardware and maintaining organized, secure IT-managed spaces such as conference rooms and printer stations. The technician will also collaborate with various IT teams to support deployments, troubleshooting, and implementations as needed.
Key responsibilities include providing professional on-site support, managing and resolving escalated tickets, coordinating local technology solutions, and maintaining IT hardware inventory. The technician will proactively support IT projects, collaborate with vendors to resolve issues, and ensure that all IT-managed spaces are well-organized and secure. Regular travel within the assigned region and to other firm locations is required to provide on-site support.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Field Services role, with proficiency in Office 365 and Active Directory Services. A basic understanding of networking and wiring configurations is essential. Preferred experience includes working with Freshservice, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office 365. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a professional and orderly IT work environment are crucial for success in this role.
