IT – Director
The IT Director at Eurofins is responsible for defining and implementing IT strategies in alignment with business objectives. This role involves collaborating with business leaders to advocate for the rollout of group IT solutions and finalizing the IT roadmap for the region. The IT Director will lead a team dedicated to delivering high-quality IT services that support Eurofins' mission of providing accurate and timely analytical testing services.
Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for automation across functions to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost leadership. The IT Director will drive architectural compliance across all business IT systems, ensuring adherence to group standards. Maintaining accurate data for all business IT systems, including CMDB, SOPs, documentation, vendor information, and source codes, is essential. The role also encompasses ensuring 100% IT security compliance for all business IT systems, including LIMS, CRM, DWH, financial systems, and other business applications. This involves leading periodic application hardening initiatives and maintaining up-to-date software applications and environmental variables.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading IT solutions in regulated environments such as the testing industry, laboratories, or biopharma businesses. Strong experience in IT project management and stakeholder engagement is required. Proficiency with enterprise tools like CRM, ERP, LIMS, Power BI, and DWH is essential. Experience with Microsoft technologies is a must, along with managing small to medium-sized delivery teams. A background in AI/ML is considered advantageous.
