Fever is seeking a dynamic professional to join our Investments & Corporate Strategy team in Madrid. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate on high-priority strategic ventures, driving the expansion of Fever Originals' content portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for leveraging technology and data to revolutionize live entertainment experiences.
Key responsibilities include analyzing the business and financial viability of potential investments and projects, evaluating strategic priorities considering risk and potential returns, and assessing inherent risks in new initiatives. The role also involves communicating with founders, management teams, partners, and other stakeholders, performing external market research, and providing input to define optimal deal structures.
The successful candidate will lead predictive modeling and analytics for the Fever Originals department, analyze and optimize key profitability levers of existing portfolio assets, develop detailed and actionable recommendations for implementation, create and maintain forecasting models, and conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure project outcomes align with initial assumptions.
Candidates should have a STEM background with high achievement results, fluency in English and Spanish, outstanding analytical skills, strong critical thinking, attention to detail, proactiveness, and self-motivation. Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential. Previous experience in investment banking or consulting is a plus, with 1-6 years of prior working experience; responsibilities will be assigned accordingly during the selection process.
