Internship Technical Office Engineer / Site Superintendent (Belgium)

BESIX Group is seeking motivated students for an on-site internship as a Technical Office Engineer or Site Superintendent in Belgium. This role offers hands-on experience in large-scale construction projects within a dynamic and supportive environment. Interns will collaborate closely with experienced professionals, gaining insights into the operations of a leading multidisciplinary construction company.

Interns will participate in defining and developing project schedules and execution methods, organize and coordinate daily work activities, and manage workers. Responsibilities include following up with subcontractors and suppliers, proactively participating in site meetings, maintaining construction project records, and ensuring quality and safety standards on-site.

Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in civil or industrial construction engineering, architectural engineering, or electromechanical engineering. Proficiency in Dutch or French, with good knowledge of English, is required. Ideal applicants are analytical, autonomous, driven, communicative, proactive, and team-oriented. The internship period should last at least four full weeks, preferably six or more.
