Internship - IT (Software)

Eurofins is seeking an IT (Software) Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of laboratory systems and other in-house IT solutions within a leading international life sciences company dedicated to making life and the environment safer, healthier, and more sustainable.

As an intern, you will participate in development projects for laboratory systems and other in-house IT solutions. Responsibilities include assisting the Project Leader in creating, testing, and deploying new page templates, handling the Service Management System (OTRS), and providing documentation on tasks and system management. Additionally, you may be involved in designing online marketing materials, particularly if you have a background in multimedia.

Candidates must be currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Required skills include a solid understanding of IT concepts, proficiency in English, and strong communication, writing, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who can work under minimal supervision.

This six-month internship offers valuable learning experiences, including business communication and stakeholder interaction, scripting and coding using VB Script, open-source systems, and MS SQL, as well as basic Crystal Report training. Active engagement from management during final presentations ensures a supportive and enriching environment for professional growth.
