Internship Administrative Fleet Assistant (September)

BESIX Group is seeking an Administrative Fleet Assistant Intern to join their team in September. This role is based at the company's head office in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Belgium. BESIX is a leading multidisciplinary Belgian group operating in construction, real estate development, and concessions, with a presence in over 27 countries and a workforce of approximately 11,000 employees.

The intern will be responsible for organizing meetings and preparing necessary files using tools like PowerPoint and Excel. Duties include managing incoming and outgoing mail and emails, overseeing one or more agendas, and performing various administrative tasks for the team and department director. These tasks encompass filing, planning absences and teleworking, timesheets, printing, archiving, travel requests, expense and invoice processing, office supplies management, and meeting room reservations.

Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Administrative Assistance or a related field. The internship requires a minimum commitment of six weeks full-time, starting in September. Applicants must be fluent in French or Dutch and possess a good command of English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. The ideal candidate is dynamic, well-organized, communicative, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
