Internationalization Internship
CarOnSale, a dynamic start-up based in Berlin, is seeking an Internationalization Intern to support its mission of streamlining digital processes in the European automotive trade. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's expansion into new markets, working closely with top management to develop and implement innovative B2B solutions.
The intern will focus on direct sales activities, including identifying, approaching, and acquiring customers, and translating these efforts into a comprehensive go-to-market strategy. Additional responsibilities encompass conducting market research, localizing marketing and sales materials, sourcing leads, and performing customer interviews. The intern will take ownership of the internationalization project, laying the groundwork for effective market entry and preparing for future marketing and sales initiatives in the target country.
Candidates should be currently enrolled in a business-related degree program, ideally in their fifth semester or higher, or pursuing a Master's degree. A strong entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality are essential, along with proven experience or affinity for direct sales, business development, or consulting. Applicants must be based in Berlin or Munich, as remote work is not an option for this position. Strong communication skills, a willingness to take ownership, and high motivation are required. An affinity for technology and artificial intelligence (AI) is considered a plus.
