International Legal Counsel
Anduril Industries is seeking an International Legal Counsel to join its dynamic Legal Team in Mountain View, California. This role focuses on supporting the company's international government and commercial operations, contributing to the deployment of advanced defense technologies. The Legal Counsel will collaborate closely with the Global Defense team, which aligns with customers across all of Anduril's divisions and products.
The primary responsibilities include providing legal guidance on proposals, procurement, and contracting strategies, as well as day-to-day program execution. The role involves negotiating hardware, license, and services agreements, offset arrangements, and industrial cooperation obligations. Additionally, the Legal Counsel will handle intellectual property, compliance matters, and support the Business Development, Proposal, and Engineering teams in capturing and executing new international contracts.
Candidates should possess a robust understanding of international commercial and government contracting, including cross-border software, hardware, data rights, and services agreements. Experience with Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and hybrid FMS/DCS structures is valued. A working knowledge of U.S. government contracts, the FAR, and DFARS is beneficial. The role requires creativity and resourcefulness to navigate complex procurement and compliance rules, with a focus on deploying Anduril's technology into operational settings for the United States' allies.

The Legal Counsel will be expected to travel, on average, one week each month, including international travel to Asia-Pacific and Americas customer sites. Flexibility to support calls with Anduril's international employees and customers outside standard business hours is also required.
