International Lawyer

Growe is seeking an International Lawyer to support its global operations in the iGaming and Entertainment sectors. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with international regulations and to facilitate the company's expansion into new markets.

The International Lawyer will be responsible for drafting, proofreading, and negotiating a variety of agreements, including MSAs, SLAs, insertion orders, marketing and sponsorship agreements, PSP agreements, licensing agreements, and NDAs. Additionally, the role entails providing day-to-day legal support to teams such as billing, marketing, and finance on corporate, contractual, and intellectual property matters. The lawyer will also manage relationships with external counsels across different jurisdictions and maintain registers of contracts and corporate documentation.

Candidates should have at least three years of experience in consulting on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters, with a strong knowledge of international corporate, commercial, and contractual law. Experience working in international companies or abroad is preferred, and expertise in intellectual property or tax law is advantageous. Fluency in English, both written and oral, is required.
