International Business Development Manager
a rapidly growing technology company, is seeking an International Business Development Manager to join our international team based in the United Kingdom. This role focuses on coordinating and maintaining customer relationships within our international markets, identifying and developing opportunities for business expansion, and formulating marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities include prospecting, onboarding, and developing new dealers into the partner program. The role involves developing relationships with key individuals within the account base, investigating and resolving obstacles to dealer success, and providing pre- and post-sales support to develop launch plans and go-to-market strategies. Additionally, the manager will assist dealers in presenting to large end-user opportunities and initiate and execute on-site dealer product and service sales and technical training activities.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the security products sector, including alarm systems, access control, and video surveillance. A proven history of increasing revenue, signing new accounts, and successfully growing accounts is essential. The candidate should be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of managing a large set of accounts and prioritizing activities for the highest impact. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other European languages is beneficial.
