The Internal Coordinator at Instawork plays a pivotal role in overseeing and supporting a substantial team of remote Data Collectors who are responsible for recording videos of household activities. Each Internal Coordinator manages 50 or more Data Collectors simultaneously, ensuring adherence to instructions, completion of daily targets, and compliance with all established guidelines. This position is integral to the company's operations, focusing on live coordination, tracking, and problem-solving to maintain the efficiency and quality of data collection processes.

Key responsibilities include real-time monitoring of Data Collectors during working hours to track activity levels and address any delays promptly. The Internal Coordinator ensures that Data Collectors meet their daily and overall targets, such as completing 30 hours in 6 days or 100 hours in 20 days, by providing motivation and support. Additionally, the role involves enforcing adherence to recording rules, clarifying instructions as needed, and acting as the primary point of contact for resolving issues related to applications, uploads, tasks, or devices. Effective communication is maintained through managing large WhatsApp groups, sharing daily instructions, and upholding professionalism within these groups. The Internal Coordinator also updates tracking sheets with completed hours, issues encountered, and any delays, providing daily status reports to management.

Candidates for this role should possess basic computer knowledge and be comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Sheets. Strong coordination and multitasking skills are essential, along with the ability to manage and communicate effectively with a large number of individuals.
