Internal Communications Specialist
BrainRocket is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team in Belgrade, Serbia. As a global tech company with over 1,300 employees across multiple countries, we specialize in delivering end-to-end products for clients in Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. This role is pivotal in strengthening our internal culture, enhancing the employee experience, and supporting the growth of our employer brand.
The Internal Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing internal employer branding projects aimed at increasing employee engagement and brand advocacy. Key responsibilities include managing and evolving the Referral Program, coordinating initiatives to encourage authentic employee feedback on platforms like Glassdoor, and leading programs to gather and implement employee-driven process improvements. Additionally, the role involves supporting the development and execution of internal communication strategies that align employees with company goals and culture, maintaining a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all internal communication channels, and contributing to brand identity development and storytelling to ensure consistent representation across internal and external audiences.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, marketing, or HR projects. Strong project management and communication skills are essential, along with creativity and initiative to generate and implement new ideas that improve the employee experience. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously is required. Fluency in both English and Russian is necessary for this role, which is based in Belgrade, Serbia.
