Premier Truck Rental (PTR) is seeking a motivated law student for an internship position in Fort Wayne, Indiana. As a family-owned company specializing in customized commercial fleet rentals, PTR serves industries such as construction, utilities, and infrastructure. The Legal Intern will work closely with the General Counsel, gaining exposure to various legal matters within a dynamic business environment.

The intern's responsibilities include shadowing the General Counsel in daily legal operations, assisting with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, supporting HR-related legal matters like policy review and compliance, researching and analyzing regulatory requirements, preparing summaries and reports for internal stakeholders, and participating in meetings while providing administrative support as needed.

Candidates must be current law students (preferably 1L or 2L) with strong research, writing, and analytical skills. The role requires the ability to maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
