Intern Knowledge Management Analyst
The Intern Knowledge Management Analyst at Celonis will join the Knowledge Management team within the Corporate Engagement & Programs (CEP) department. This global team operates across locations including Bangalore, Munich, Madrid, and the United States, focusing on enhancing organizational knowledge sharing and collaboration. The role is based in Bangalore, India, and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-departmental environment.
In this position, the intern will engage with stakeholders across various departments to promote participation in knowledge management initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to facilitate knowledge sharing, proposing innovative solutions to improve collaboration, and organizing problem-sharing sessions to drive continuous improvement. The role offers exposure to business operations across Celonis, allowing the intern to make a tangible impact on organizational effectiveness.
Candidates should be actively pursuing or have completed a degree in Engineering, Marketing, Program Management, Data Analysis, or an MBA. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to think strategically and solve problems independently. Prior internship experience in relevant domains is advantageous, and technical skills such as Python or machine learning experience are beneficial but not mandatory. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
