Intern, Industrial Engineering, Summer 2026

Lucid Motors is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern for Summer 2026 to join our Manufacturing team in Casa Grande, Arizona. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the production of luxury electric vehicles, focusing on optimizing manufacturing processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

As an Industrial Engineering Intern, you will assist in analyzing and improving production workflows, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your day-to-day tasks will include data collection and analysis, time studies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the manufacturing process.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a solid understanding of lean manufacturing concepts are essential. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also required to effectively collaborate with various departments.

This internship offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $27 to $37, depending on location and current degree level. Interns are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits starting on day one. Relocation assistance may be provided on a case-by-case basis.
