The HR Intern role is based in Bengaluru, India, and offers a six-month internship opportunity.
As an HR Intern, you will provide meaningful execution support by working closely on the planning, coordination, documentation, follow-up, and implementation of key HR initiatives. Your role will focus on improving the speed and quality of execution while ensuring that important strategic priorities receive adequate attention. This position aims to build execution capacity for critical HR initiatives and ensure that planned improvements are translated into tangible outcomes.
Key responsibilities include supporting one-time priority projects such as evaluating alternatives for Keka, replacing the Background Verification (BGV) process, selecting a new food coupon vendor, and preparing for upcoming insurance renewals. Additionally, you will assist in long-term HR initiatives like aligning company culture with Misumi Americas, developing structured learning and development programs, enhancing employee well-being, creating career progression frameworks, mapping processes, and supporting performance management practices.
The ideal candidate should possess a Master's in Business Administration or Management with a focus on HR. Desired traits include empathy, active listening, strong communication skills, discretion, integrity, and adaptability.
