The intern will collaborate with internal security teams and other security actors to further develop security operations. Responsibilities include reporting SLA, KPI, and performance metrics of security services, steering activities as per defined metrics, and ensuring improvement plans are in place to meet SLA and KPI targets. The role also involves coordinating work provided by security partners, preparing and publishing reports to stakeholders, and maintaining updated security documentation for internal and external service consumers.

Candidates should be graduates with a strong understanding of security operations and metrics. The role requires excellent coordination and reporting skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain security documentation. Effective communication with stakeholders and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners are essential.
