Intern- CLM Implementation & Legal Operations (Summer)

Power Factors is seeking a Summer Intern to join our Legal Operations team, focusing on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic legal department dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the company's mission in the renewable energy sector.

The intern will assist in configuring and customizing the CLM system to meet the legal department's specific needs. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members to gather and document system requirements, supporting data migration efforts, conducting user acceptance testing, and developing training materials for end-users. Additionally, the intern will monitor project progress and provide general administrative support as needed.

Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong interest in legal operations and technology. Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Prior experience with contract management systems or legal technology is a plus.

This internship provides hands-on experience with a major technology implementation project, mentorship from experienced legal professionals, and exposure to a global corporate legal environment.
