A minimum of two years, preferably four or more, of experience in intellectual property, patent administration, legal administration, technology transfer, or research administration is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is essential. Experience with IP management databases and document management systems is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are crucial.

The compensation for this role ranges from CAD 37.85 to CAD 56.77 per hour. UHN offers a comprehensive benefits package, including close access to transit and UHN shuttle services, a flexible work environment, and opportunities for professional development and promotion within the organization. Additional perks include corporate discounts on travel, restaurants, parking, phone plans, auto insurance, and access to on-site gyms.

UHN's mission is to build a healthier world, and this role contributes directly to that vision by supporting the management and commercialization of intellectual property arising from UHN's research initiatives. The organization fosters a collaborative and dynamic work environment, providing employees with opportunities to engage in meaningful work that impacts patient care and medical advancements. Joining UHN means becoming part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in healthcare and research.
