CoreWeave is seeking an Integration Engineer to join their Strategy and Transformation team, focusing on People Technologies. This role involves designing and building scalable integrations across CoreWeave's HR, Finance, and Security environments, specifically around platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, Okta, and Workato. The Integration Engineer will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and Security teams to drive automation and data accuracy across key lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits.

The primary responsibilities include developing and supporting integrations that connect CoreWeave's HR stack to broader enterprise systems. This involves designing APIs, microservices, and automation workflows to enable real-time data exchange and intelligent process orchestration. Additionally, the role entails building custom applications and user interfaces that enhance workflows for HR, IT, and Finance teams.

Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience with enterprise HR/People Systems integrations, with deep hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and EIBs. Proven experience integrating with Greenhouse and identity platforms like Okta is essential. Hands-on knowledge of Workato or similar enterprise integration platforms is required, along with a strong understanding of HR processes across payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance. Familiarity with data formats and protocols such as XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, and SOAP is also necessary.

The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000, determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
