As an Integration Engineer in the healthcare sector at Doctolib, you will serve as the pivotal link between our platform and the German healthcare IT landscape. Your role involves managing connectors, the Telematikinfrastruktur (TI 2.0), data exchanges with practice management systems, and handling complex integration scenarios. This position is based in Berlin and offers a hybrid work model, allowing for two days of remote work per week.

Your primary responsibilities include acting as a technical expert for the German Telematikinfrastruktur (TI 2.0), overseeing connector architecture, card management (SMC-B, HBA, eGK), and adhering to Gematik standards. You will support and troubleshoot the Doctolib Desktop Viewer (DDV), addressing deployment issues, performance optimization, update processes, and configuration errors. Additionally, you will resolve complex interoperability challenges involving connectors, IT service providers, and Gematik components, as well as troubleshoot API synchronization, OAuth2/certificate authentication, and synchronization problems. Identifying global issues and creating API incidents in Jira will also be part of your duties.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep practical understanding of connector architecture and card types (SMC-B, HBA, eGK), along with knowledge of Gematik/BSI standards. Experience with IT service provider roles, KIM+, and e-prescription workflows is essential. Practical experience with API integration and troubleshooting is required. You should be able to explain complex technical matters clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level) and good English skills (minimum B2 level) are necessary.

Doctolib offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a company-sponsored Deutschlandticket for office or hybrid workers, corporate health insurance with additional services, 28 vacation days plus one additional day for each full calendar year of employment (up to a maximum of 30 days), and the opportunity to work up to 10 days per year from abroad. Additional benefits include a company pension plan with a 40% employer contribution (15% during the probation period), the Doctolib Parent Care program offering an extra month of parental leave, free mental health and coaching sessions through an external partner, healthy snacks, regular breakfast buffets, meal vouchers, and a subsidized sports program with Urban Sports Club. Support for caregivers and employees with disabilities includes flexible working hours, additional leave for medical reasons, and psychological support.
