Integrated Marketing Manager
Flex is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our Brand & Reputation initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Reputation, this role is pivotal in translating strategic objectives into impactful, on-brand deliverables. The successful candidate will play a central role in launching Flex's new verbal and visual identity, ensuring its scalability and strengthening our presence across various reputation channels. This hands-on position requires strong creative instincts, operational discipline, and a proactive approach. The role is hybrid, with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week in our New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City offices. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates outside these areas.
Key responsibilities include leading the day-to-day implementation of Flex's rebrand, collaborating with cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure a seamless rollout across all channels. The Integrated Marketing Manager will drive cross-functional campaign execution and brand activations, aligning stakeholders and ensuring outputs meet brand and compliance standards. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining brand governance systems, including guidelines, templates, AI tools, and a well-organized asset library, to empower teams to produce high-quality, on-brand work efficiently. The manager will also design and operationalize Flex's reputation management system across reviews, social platforms, and external forums, including monitoring automation, escalation frameworks, and internal feedback loops. Tracking and reporting on brand and reputation KPIs, synthesizing qualitative themes and quantitative metrics to inform priorities and demonstrate progress, is also a key aspect of the role. Furthermore, the manager will design and refine AI-supported workflows that increase speed and consistency while preserving brand integrity and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in brand, integrated marketing, or cross-functional marketing roles within high-growth environments. A proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with tight timelines is essential. Experience operating in regulated industries, particularly fintech, with exposure to legal and compliance review processes, is strongly preferred. The candidate should possess strong creative judgment across copy and design, with the ability to deliver clear, actionable feedback that elevates work from good to great. Exceptional project management skills are required, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous environments. Fluency in modern AI tools and a proactive approach to exploring workflow automation are important, along with the ability to coach and calibrate AI outputs for quality and accuracy. A high-agency operator who moves quickly, works independently, and takes ownership through completion will thrive in this role.
