As an Integral Design Leader at BESIX, you will be involved from the initial sketch in complex projects such as bridges, quays, and industrial complexes. You will lead the design process, manage a strong team, and ensure that technology, costs, and planning align perfectly. You will be the connecting factor between the client, design team, and execution.
Your responsibilities include establishing a strong project organization with clear task distribution, uncovering the client's true needs and translating them into a feasible design, monitoring quality, costs, and planning, and adjusting where necessary. You will also safeguard processes and systems such as BIM, DMS, and SE, and ensure that all parties remain aligned.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in integrated design projects. Strong communication skills, analytical and process-oriented thinking, and knowledge of technical automation and current market developments are essential.
