Intake Specialist (Global)
The Intake Specialist (Global) at Elliott Frazier Law serves as the primary point of contact for new clients, managing intake processes for both Family Law and Personal Injury cases. This role is integral to the firm's mission of client-centered advocacy, ensuring each prospective client receives a personalized and professional introduction to the firm's services, thereby enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include handling client contact by managing all new client intake across Family Law and Personal Injury, effectively communicating the value of paid consultations to prospective Family Law clients, and encouraging them to schedule and pay for initial appointments. The specialist ensures that on-site intake staff are prepared for in-person consultations or facilitates timely contact and transfer for remote consultations. Additionally, they quickly qualify and triage prospective Personal Injury clients to ensure cases align with the firm's capabilities.
The ideal candidate possesses proven phone-based sales experience with strong objection handling skills, outstanding verbal communication with a clear, understandable phone demeanor, and a high level of empathy and professionalism when dealing with distressed clients. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and reliable follow-through are essential. Experience with Lead Docket is preferred, along with proficiency in Outlook/Office 365 for email and scheduling purposes. Bilingual Spanish skills are a strong plus, enhancing communication with a diverse client base. The role requires self-direction and reliability in a remote environment, with proactive communication skills. The position operates on Eastern Time hours (8:30 am–5:00 pm ET, Monday–Friday, with a 30-minute lunch).
Compensation for this role ranges from $1,200 to $1,600 per month, including performance-based incentives, depending on experience and skill set. Additional perks include technology access, with the firm providing email and cloud logins to ensure all tools for success are available.
