The Intake Specialist role at Brodie Law Group is pivotal in strengthening client engagement and converting potential leads into dedicated clients. As an integral part of the team, the specialist drives revenue growth by expertly navigating inbound inquiries and fostering meaningful client relationships. By efficiently managing the intake process, the specialist empowers legal teams to focus on advocacy, ensuring every client receives exceptional care and representation.

Key responsibilities include managing approximately 150 inbound calls per week, promptly handling web and overnight inquiries, and owning the full intake process from initial contact through follow-up. The specialist qualifies leads, builds trust quickly, and actively converts prospective clients, handling each lead with urgency and consistent follow-up. Additionally, the role involves coordinating and scheduling consultations for qualified Family Law leads, ensuring a smooth and organized transition to the legal team, maintaining accuracy, confirming appointments, and proactively reducing no-shows through consistent communication.

The ideal candidate possesses 3–5 years of sales experience, with a proven ability to guide conversations toward action and drive meaningful results. Strong verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. The role requires operating with a strong sense of urgency, effectively managing a high volume of calls while maintaining timely and responsive follow-up. Demonstrated genuine empathy and care, building trust and fostering positive relationships with clients during challenging situations, is crucial. Comfort navigating systems such as Filevine and Lead Docket, ensuring accurate and efficient documentation, is also required.

This position offers opportunities for professional growth, including the potential to develop into a lead role with the possibility of building and managing an intake team. The role provides meaningful work, making a real difference in people’s lives by being their first point of contact during challenging situations, providing guidance, reassurance, and a positive experience from the very start. Employees will work closely with firm leaders Ashley and Sean Brodie, gaining direct exposure, mentorship, and insights from experienced decision-makers. The role provides true ownership of a critical function within the firm, with the opportunity to refine processes, improve performance, and influence how intake is done moving forward.

Additional perks include comprehensive health insurance coverage that supports health and overall well-being, eligibility for an employer-matched retirement plan that helps build long-term financial security, and generous paid time off, paid holidays, and shorter Fridays that promote a healthy work-life balance.
