Intake Manager
The Intake Manager at Crisp Recruit is a pivotal leadership role within a nationally recognized personal injury law firm. This position involves overseeing the Intake and Client Relations departments, ensuring a seamless and empathetic client experience from the initial contact. The firm is dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services, advocating for injury victims against powerful corporations, and has a history of recovering billions of dollars for clients across various cases, including personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and mass tort litigation.
In this role, the Intake Manager will lead a team of approximately 12 employees, focusing on enhancing team accountability and improving the quality of the intake process. Key responsibilities include producing accurate and actionable intake performance reports, implementing performance management strategies such as coaching and corrective actions, and guiding the team in evaluating the viability of personal injury cases. The manager will also foster a culture of ownership and accountability, addressing internal conflicts and motivating the team to align with the firm's standards.
Candidates should possess extensive experience in personal injury case evaluation, including liability analysis, damages, and insurance coverage. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, is essential for extracting and communicating meaningful insights. Strong leadership abilities are required to coach, motivate, and provide corrective feedback to team members, with a focus on improving performance and culture. Comfort with conflict resolution and enforcing accountability through effective communication and problem-solving skills is also necessary.
