Intake Manager

The Intake Manager position is integral to leading the firm's client intake process, enhancing client interactions, and supporting the firm's goal of delivering top-tier legal services.
The Intake Manager will directly manage and coach the intake team, initially overseeing one team member with the expectation of growing and rebuilding the team over time. Responsibilities include personally handling inbound intake calls to ensure high conversion rates and client satisfaction, building and refining intake processes to improve efficiency and case quality, developing and owning key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and enhance team performance, and leading recruitment efforts to build a high-performing intake team that aligns with firm standards. This role reports directly to Amy Joubert.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills with a focus on accountability and results, strong sales skills to convert leads into clients and increase case values, exceptional attention to detail and organization in managing client data and processes, excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle sensitive client interactions empathetically, and technical proficiency in AI, Microsoft Office 365, and experience with case management software like Lead Docket and Filevine.
This position offers a competitive base salary with a structured, performance-based incentive program.
