Intake Assistant
The Intake Assistant at Goosmann Law Firm serves as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a pivotal role in shaping the firm's first impressions. This position is integral to the administrative team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations within the firm. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, answering and directing incoming calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining organized reception and conference areas, scheduling appointments, and supporting attorneys and staff with administrative and intake-related tasks. The Intake Assistant is expected to set the tone for an exceptional client experience and deliver prompt, detailed, and accurate intake support to ensure client needs are met.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities with attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a busy office setting. A friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on client service is essential. Proficiency in office technology and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are mandatory. Preferred qualifications include two years of experience in a law firm or similar setting, bilingual abilities (Spanish/English), a customer service background, and inbound telemarketing experience.
