The role of Inspecteur / Auditeur Conseil Hygiène Alimentaire / Formateur is positioned within Eurofins, a global leader in laboratory services specializing in food, environmental, and pharmaceutical quality. In this position, the recruit will be responsible for conducting hygiene and food safety inspections, audits, and advisory visits at client sites such as restaurants, food production facilities, and retail outlets. This includes evaluating compliance with legal and internal standards, providing practical recommendations for improvement, and drafting detailed audit reports. Another key aspect of the role involves the design and delivery of tailored training sessions on food hygiene, HACCP systems, and good manufacturing practices.
Candidates should have a scientific or technical education, ideally with specialized training in food safety or quality (such as a BTS/DUT in agri-food, biology, or hygiene). Previous experience in auditing, inspecting, or training within the food industry is highly valued, as are strong communication and organizational skills. The role requires autonomy, adaptability, and a willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
