Inside Sales Partner (x/f/m)
As an Inside Sales Partner at Doctolib, you will be the primary point of contact for medical specialists, guiding them through the entire sales cycle of our services. This role is integral to our mission of simplifying healthcare professionals' workflows and enhancing patient access to medical services. You will join a dedicated team committed to transforming the healthcare experience through innovative solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include prospecting by reaching out to medical specialists via phone, email, and other channels to generate new opportunities. You will qualify leads and manage follow-ups to ensure a steady progression of the sales pipeline. Additionally, you will conduct online demonstrations, highlighting the most relevant benefits of our services to each specialist, address questions and objections, and guide prospects toward swift decision-making. Closing deals involves presenting offers, leading negotiations to signature, and ensuring a smooth handover to the onboarding team for seamless implementation. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and monitoring key performance indicators will be essential for continuous performance improvement.
We are looking for candidates with experience in sales development roles, such as Business Development Representative or Sales Representative positions. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, energy, determination, and ambition are crucial. A collaborative team spirit, a commitment to ongoing learning, and a strong results orientation are also important. While not mandatory, a strong interest or experience in the healthcare sector and proficiency in English would be advantageous.
