Doctolib is seeking an Inside Sales Partner to join our team in Milan, Italy. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for medical specialists, guiding them through the entire sales cycle of our services. Our mission is to simplify the lives of healthcare professionals and enhance patient access to medical care through innovative solutions.
As an Inside Sales Partner, your primary responsibilities will include prospecting by contacting medical specialists via phone, email, and other channels to generate new opportunities. You will conduct online demonstrations, highlighting the benefits of our services tailored to each specialist's practice. Additionally, you will manage the closing process by presenting offers and leading negotiations to secure agreements, ensuring a smooth handover to the onboarding team for seamless implementation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales development role, such as Business Development Representative or Sales Representative. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, energy, determination, and ambition are essential. A strong team orientation and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth are also important. While not mandatory, a strong interest or experience in the healthcare sector and proficiency in English are advantageous.
