As an Inside Sales Manager at Doctolib, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the digitalization of the healthcare sector. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping existing clients, including physicians and practice teams, fully leverage Doctolib's AI assistant solutions to enhance their operations and patient care.

Your primary responsibilities will include actively promoting Doctolib's AI assistant to current clients through structured and proactive outreach. You will conduct targeted, empathetic, and efficient conversations to understand client needs, identify challenges, and present relevant solutions. Managing the entire sales cycle independently—from initial contact through consultation, proposal creation, objection handling, to successful closure—will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will work in a highly structured and KPI-oriented manner, tracking your pipeline, measuring progress, utilizing feedback actively, and continuously developing your skills. Collaborating closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams to holistically optimize customer experiences is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for telephone sales and proactive client engagement, preferably with experience in upselling or cross-selling. A high intrinsic motivation, goal-oriented approach, and ambition, even during challenging times, are crucial. Strong communication skills combined with high empathy, the ability to build trustful relationships, and clearly convey complex information are important. A structured and self-reliant working style, keeping track of pipelines, priorities, and processes, is expected. A willingness to learn and openness to feedback, aiming for continuous improvement, are valued. Proficiency in German at a native level and good English skills are required, along with an interest in digital innovations in the healthcare sector. While not mandatory, first experiences in inside sales, telesales, or active account management are a plus, and career changers with drive and a hunger for learning are welcome. A completed degree or comparable education is also desirable.

Doctolib offers a comprehensive benefits package, including occupational health insurance with extensive additional services, free mental health and coaching sessions through an external partner, and subsidized sports offerings via Urban Sports Club. Employees enjoy 28 vacation days plus one additional day per full year of employment (up to a maximum of 30 days), the possibility to work up to 10 days per year from almost any country abroad, a Germany ticket (sponsored by Doctolib) for office or hybrid work, flexible working time options, and additional leave for caregivers or employees with disabilities. The Doctolib Parent Care Program includes an additional month of paid parental leave and other family-friendly benefits. Subsidized lunches (through our partner Salfy), healthy snacks, and a regular breakfast buffet in the office are also provided.

Joining Doctolib means becoming part of a mission-driven company committed to improving healthcare through digital innovation. The company fosters a collaborative and inclusive culture, offering growth opportunities and the chance to make a tangible impact in the healthcare industry. If you are eager to take on responsibility and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role provides a platform to develop your career while contributing to meaningful change.
