As an Inside Sales Manager at Doctolib, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the digital transformation of the healthcare sector. Working within our dynamic Inside Sales team, your primary focus will be to assist existing clients, including physicians and medical practices, in fully leveraging Doctolib's AI Assistant solutions to enhance their operational efficiency and patient care.

Your key responsibilities will include proactively engaging with current clients to promote the Doctolib AI Assistant, conducting structured and empathetic conversations to understand their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. You will manage the entire sales cycle independently—from initial contact and consultation to proposal creation, objection handling, and successful deal closure. Additionally, you will meticulously track your sales pipeline, measure progress against key performance indicators, and collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams to optimize the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for telephone-based sales and proactive client outreach, preferably with experience in upselling or cross-selling. A high level of intrinsic motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to maintain ambition even during challenging periods are essential. Excellent communication skills, coupled with empathy, will enable you to build trustful relationships and convey complex information clearly. A structured and self-reliant work approach, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement are also crucial. Proficiency in German at a native level and good English skills are required, along with an interest in digital innovations within the healthcare sector.
