Inside Sales Manager (m/w/d)
As an Inside Sales Manager at CarOnSale, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of the automotive trade industry. Working within a dynamic and innovative team, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and fostering long-term partnerships. CarOnSale is at the forefront of revolutionizing the European used car market by replacing traditional processes with cutting-edge technology, connecting dealers across 18 markets on our platform.
In this role, you will manage the entire sales process, from cold calling and pitching to onboarding and ongoing customer development. Your responsibilities include conducting both outbound and inbound customer interactions, delivering product demonstrations, and providing expert consultation to showcase the practical benefits of our platform. You will independently oversee your sales activities, build a sustainable customer portfolio through strategic follow-ups, and maintain a structured, KPI-driven sales approach. Effective pipeline management using CRM tools like Salesforce is essential to ensure accurate documentation and tracking of customer data.
The ideal candidate possesses initial experience in B2B or inside sales, business development, or a related field. A comprehensive understanding of the sales process, from acquisition to account management, is crucial. Strong communication skills are required to handle objections confidently and persuade customers through targeted conversations, both over the phone and via video calls. Proficiency in German at C2 level and English at C1 level is mandatory. The role demands the ability to convey complex products clearly, a data-driven approach to achieving goals, familiarity with modern sales tools, and a proactive, resilient attitude. Being a team player who actively contributes and takes responsibility within the team is also important.
