Inside Sales Executive
Eurofins is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our team focused on Food Diagnostics Analytical Kits sales to food testing laboratories. This role is integral to our mission of providing high-quality analytical testing services across multiple industries, ensuring the safety and authenticity of products worldwide.
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential and existing customers, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold calling and emailing, maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service, developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits, managing a sales pipeline, processing customer purchase orders, conducting market research, and providing regular reports and analysis to management.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Bio Sciences and a diploma in marketing or a related field. Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role, is required, with experience in life sciences products being advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation and consultative sales abilities, effective communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software is also required.
