Inside Sales Executive
The Inside Sales Executive at Eurofins Biomnis Ireland plays a pivotal role in the strategic development of medical pathology services. This position involves building and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve company growth targets, while representing Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics professionally in the Irish marketplace. The role is based on-site in Sandyford, Dublin 18, and requires collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team.
Key responsibilities include identifying and targeting existing and prospective clients to promote pathology services, providing clients with timely written quotations and pricing, and conducting annual account reviews. The executive is also expected to effectively communicate client needs, monitor financial and service performance, and provide regular feedback on competitor activities that may impact business performance.
Candidates should possess a recognized third-level qualification in biological sciences, healthcare, or a related discipline, or have a minimum of two years' experience in a related role. Previous experience in a client-facing and/or key account/inside sales role is advantageous. Essential skills include a strong desire to pursue new business opportunities independently, exceptional business planning and key account management abilities, excellent relationship-building qualities, and the competence to work autonomously. A full, clean, valid driver's license is preferred.
