Metropolis is seeking an Inside Sales Enablement Manager to serve as the commercial engine for our secondary markets. This role focuses on strategically qualifying leads, following up on stalled deals, and navigating internal processes such as underwriting, legal, and deal structuring to ensure deals reach completion. The position requires close collaboration with Regional Managers to identify and unblock opportunities, acting as the primary commercial partner to drive aggressive targets.

Key responsibilities include owning lead qualification and defining growth strategies for assigned regions, partnering daily with Regional Managers to manage the sales funnel and prevent deal stagnation, conducting audits of existing locations to develop strategies for launching remaining opportunities, managing end-to-end approval flows for secondary market deals, and maintaining accurate data in Salesforce for executive reporting.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in a high-growth tech or real estate environment. They should possess the ability to navigate complex organizations and push contracts through without causing friction, identify high-potential deals within a complex pipeline, build immediate credibility with operations teams, understand Salesforce hygiene and pipeline management, and thrive in ambiguous situations by organizing legacy data into new systems.

The anticipated base salary for this position is between $120,000 and $140,000 annually. The total compensation package may also include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a stock option plan, and bonus plans.

Metropolis values in-person collaboration to drive innovation and strengthen culture. Corporate team members are expected to be on-site at least four days a week to foster organic interactions that spark creativity and connection. Joining Metropolis means becoming part of a team of world-class product leaders and engineers building technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate, with a focus on creating an inclusive culture where everyone has a voice and the best idea wins.
