Inorganics Analyst

Eurofins is seeking an Inorganics Analyst to join our team at Chemtest, a division of Eurofins. Chemtest provides routine analytical services and bespoke specialist testing throughout the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Our laboratories are UKAS accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and, where applicable, the Environment Agency MCERTS Performance Standard for soils.

The Inorganics Analyst will be responsible for preparing samples as identified from work schedules and entering results onto the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to assist with the generation of accurate and timely data in line with client expectations and UKAS standards. The role also involves interpreting chromatographic data and assisting in the maintenance of quality control and sample data in compliance with Eurofins Chemtest quality systems.

Candidates should possess a relevant degree, HNC, or equivalent in science, along with a minimum of six months of relevant work experience. Essential skills include organizational abilities, attention to detail, familiarity with relevant instrumentation, basic PC literacy, relevant analytical experience, and numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
