As an Ingénieur.e en Amélioration Continue en stage at Eurofins, you will join a dynamic, innovative team within a multinational group specializing in laboratory services for a wide range of industries, from pharmaceuticals to food and environmental testing. In this internship, your main responsibilities will involve analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency across Eurofins’ laboratories. You will participate in process mapping, facilitate Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, support problem-solving workshops, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive change initiatives. Documentation, process monitoring, and reporting of key performance indicators will also form an integral part of your day-to-day tasks.

Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed an engineering degree, ideally with a specialization in industrial engineering or a related field. A solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is highly valued. Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, proficiency in French, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential, while prior internship experience in an industrial or laboratory setting would be a plus.
