ABOUT THE ROLE

Plural is hiring an Infrastructure Senior Associate to support the tokenization of infrastructure projects across energy, data centers, transportation, public-private partnerships, and other critical infrastructure sectors. This role sits at the intersection of economic development, infrastructure, finance, and tokenization.

In addition to financial analysis, due diligence, and management of asset tokenizations, this role includes supporting the buildout of a first-of-its-kind infrastructure tokenization platform in partnership with public-sector institutions to facilitate private capital into public works projects. You'll help establish operational processes, conduct project diligence, structure financing solutions, and support pilot projects from concept through execution.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone motivated by building new systems and deploying capital into real-world infrastructure.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Project Evaluation & Structuring - Analyze energy and infrastructure projects for tokenization readiness, develop financial models, and design capital structures that align public and private stakeholder interests.

- Platform Operations Buildout - Establish and document processes for asset onboarding, investor workflows, compliance procedures, and offering preparation as part of tokenization platform development.

- Transaction Execution - Conduct due diligence on infrastructure assets, prepare offering materials, coordinate legal and regulatory work, and support projects from structuring through close

- Financial Analysis & Modeling - Build detailed project finance models, scenario analyses, and investment memos to support decision-making and capital deployment
