Information Security Analyst

Conga is seeking an Information Security Analyst to join our dedicated security team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding our organization's information assets and ensuring compliance with industry standards. As a key member of the security team, you will collaborate with various departments to implement and maintain robust security measures.

Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing security incidents, conducting vulnerability assessments, and implementing security controls to protect sensitive data. You will also be responsible for developing and enforcing security policies, as well as providing guidance and training to staff on security best practices. Additionally, you will work closely with IT and development teams to ensure secure system configurations and participate in incident response activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in information security roles. Proficiency in security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also required.
