The Influencer Project Manager (Jr.) at Fever is responsible for building, managing, and scaling influencer and content creator partnerships to drive the growth of Secret Media Network's social media presence. This role focuses on increasing video views, follower growth, reach, and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The position is based in Madrid and involves close collaboration with internal editorial, video, social media, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities include proactively identifying and establishing long-term relationships with relevant content creators and influencers, leading outreach efforts to generate strategic collaborations, and negotiating collaboration formats, deliverables, timelines, and key performance indicators. The role also involves managing the onboarding, briefing, and ongoing relationships with creators, planning and executing influencer-led content campaigns aligned with editorial and social growth strategies, and overseeing the end-to-end execution of influencer projects from ideation to publication and post-campaign analysis. Additionally, the Influencer Project Manager will track and analyze the performance of influencer collaborations using metrics such as video views, reach, follower growth, engagement, and impressions, and use data and insights to continuously optimize influencer strategies.

Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, social media project management, or digital content partnerships. A strong understanding of social media growth mechanics, especially for video-first platforms, is essential. Proven experience working with influencers or content creators and managing multiple collaborations simultaneously is required. The role demands a highly data-driven individual with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights. Passion for digital media, social platforms, and the creator economy is important, as is comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with evolving priorities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are necessary, along with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Experience with tools such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta platforms, WordPress, Canva, Asana, Airtable, Excel, and Metabase is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset are also important.
